The intake section offers flexible configurations to match your fruit condition and facility layout: choose a bubble washing tank for gentle removal of mud and debris from freshly harvested fruit, or a hopper with roller elevator for dry feeding and vertical material handling. From there, the fruit proceeds through brush cleaning with high-pressure water spray, brush polishing combined with air blowers, liquid wax application, hot-air drying (powered by an oil burner), and final size or weight separation – all governed by a centralized controller with automatic temperature regulation.
