These Days, we finish the production of a tomato washing, drying, sorting and packing line for one of our customers in Europe.  

This line consists of a bubble washing machine, a brushes cleaning machine, a sorter with a camera system and a packing system. Tomatoes will be sent to the sorter after being cleaned and dried. Then they will be sorted into different grades according to their external defects, color, diameter and weight. Cycling Weighing and filling systems are mounted. When fruits reach a certain weight at one exit, fruits will be sent to an adjacent exit and the full box will be sent to a motorized roller conveyor automatically. Then Empty boxes will move to the exit and collect tomatoes.
