Pineapple is one of people's favorite fruits in Guangdong (Zhanjiang Leizhou, Zhongshan Shenwan), Hainan, Fujian, Guangxi, Yunnan, Taiwan are cultivated. Native to tropical America.

Recently we have received enquiries from customers in America, most of them are dealing in pineapples. Because of the scale, they want to install a pineapple packing line in the new factory.

After receiving multiple requests, FstSort started a survey of the local pineapple industry and here are the results:

1. They use a combination of mechanization and labor to pick and transport.

2. Transfer to processing equipment is achieved through a large pool.

3. Pineapples are transported from the tank to the horizontal blow-dry section by conveyor equipment.

7.Workers will pack pineapples from each grade into cartons.

8.Workers label them, pallet them, and put them into cold storage.
