This week, Our Indonesian client came to our factory to inspect the mangosteen sorting machine. He is very interested in our factory and machines. Our leader and plant manager showed the operation of this machine. So let’s have a look.

Client inspected the weight packing system, this is our new design, so now we have the completely processing line including packing.

1. On each outlet of the grading part, there is a weighting unit.

2. You can set the different value on PLC.

3. When the fruits falling from each graded outlet reaches the set value, the green belt will automatically stop.

4. Then you can use the conveyor below the exit to transfer the plastic creates to the point you want.

So if you want packing by weight, this is your good choice.

Client checked the washing tank, this is the bubble washing tank that can wash the fruits clean.

Client tried the pedal, there are pedals under the inspection table, which is convenient for picking out fruits.

Finally, the client and our leader returned to the office to discuss cooperation.
