How to choose the apple sorting machine

With the increasing level of consumption in society, people are paying more and more attention to the quality of apples when buying them. It has gradually become a trend for shopping malls to grade and sell apples according to their quality and size.

The apple is approximately round, with hard fruits and smooth surface. The general way of grading by hand is low in efficiency and intensity. Therefore, our company designs two kinds of apple grading machines with non-destructive automatic grading function, which have the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, no damage and easy operation.

Both types of apple grading machines use weight as the grading standard. Their working process is as follows: apples enter the elevator from the pouring mouth, then pass through the conveyor belt, fall into the tray on the conveyor chain, are weighed by the load cell, judge the grade, and control the grading execution device (by electromagnet action) to send the apples into different grading outlets.

The first one is the rotary weight grader, which covers a small area, saves space and costs less. The rotary weight classifier is easy to install and operate with high efficiency, average sorting 16,000pcs per hour, which is more suitable for farms and individual growers.

The second type is electronic weight sizer with high sorting efficiency, average grading 25,000pcs per hour. Generally, fruit processing factories or large exporters will buy the whole apple processing line, whose functions include cleaning, air-drying, waxing, second drying, grading and packaging to realize integrated fruit and vegetable processing process and thus enhance market competitiveness.

Of course, both grading machines are widely applicable to a variety of fruits, such as peach, avocado, pear, citrus, passion fruit, mangosteen, tempering, lemon, kiwi, etc.

To keep up with consumer preferences, why not try a fruit and vegetable grader
