This is a new designed weigh filling and packing system based on our grading machine, suitable for a variety of fruits and vegetables including orange, potato, tomato, mangosteen, avocado, pepper, dates, etc.

There are sensors installed on the conveyor belt and weighing scales bellow each sizes. This weighing system is controlled by a computer. Speed is adjustable.

Manual weighing system

Manual feeding empty boxes, conveyors stop after filling into certain weight, take away full boxes by hand.  

Semi automatic weighing system

Manual feeding empty boxes, conveyors stop after filling into certain weight, full boxes will be automatically pushed on roller conveyor and transported to packing machine. 

Fully automatic weighing system

Automatic feeding empty boxes, conveyors stop after filling into certain weight,  full boxes will be automatically pushed on roller conveyor and transported to packing machine.
