  • Compact footprint – fits in small packing areas

  • Rotating surface – brings fruit to the packer, reduces reaching

  • Simple design – easy to clean, no complex parts

  • Low cost – ideal for startups, small farms, or seasonal packers

  • Flexible placement – can be positioned at any grade exit

Perfect for small-scale packers – affordable, space-saving, and effective.

Configuration 2 – Standard Packing Table (3 Layers — Most Popular)

Description:

This packing table is directly installed at the exit of an electronic weight sorter, forming one complete unit with the sorter. Each exit has its own section with clear separation. It is the most popular packing design for small to medium packing lines.

The table includes a ball bearing conveyor belt on top for feeding empty boxes, and a stainless steel rack below for placing full boxes.

Best for: Small to medium packing houses – most popular configuration.

Structure (3 layers from top to bottom):

Layer

Component

Function

Top (1st)

Empty box conveyor(flow rail)

Gravity-fed empty box storage – workers slide boxes down

Middle (2nd)

Narrow stainless steel shelf with side guard

Holds empty cartons at ergonomic height – side guard prevents falls

Bottom (3rd)

Long packing table with soft padding

Fruit lands gently – no bruising. Each exit has dedicated section with dividers.

How it works:

  1. Graded fruit drops from sorter exit onto soft-padded bottom table

  2. Worker places empty carton on middle stainless shelf

  3. Worker packs fruit from table into carton

  4. When full, worker pushes carton aside and pulls new empty from top flow rail

Key features:

  • Soft padding at bottom – prevents bruising

  • Exit dividers – fruit from different exits stays separated

  • Stainless steel shelf with side guard – ergonomic, prevents falls

  • Top flow rail – gravity-fed empty box storage

  • Direct integration – bolts to sorter exit, forms one unit

  • Most popular design – trusted by hundreds of packers worldwide

This is our best-selling packing table – the standard choice for small to medium packing lines.

Configuration 3 – Premium Packing Table (4 Layers)

Description:

Typically installed perpendicular to the sorter (90° angle). Every two adjacent grader exits share one packing table – like two side-by-side stations merged together.

How it works:

Full box handling: Full cartons are pushed onto a motor-less roller conveyor to the pallet area.

Best for: Medium to large packers, premium export packing.

Structure (4 layers from top to bottom):

Layer

Component

Function

1st (top)

Empty box conveyor (flow rail)

Stores empty boxes – workers slide them down

2nd (upper)

Shared belt conveyor with 3–4 packing stands

Workers pack fruit into boxes, then push full boxes onto this belt – transports to next stage

3rd (middle)

Product infeed belt

Receives graded fruit from 2 adjacent sorter exits; side outlets available

4th (bottom)

Reject belt

Defective fruit dropped here – automatically collected

How it works:

  1. Graded fruit from 2 adjacent sorter exits feeds into the 3rd layer (infeed belt)

  2. Worker removes defective fruit and drops into 4th layer (reject belt)

  3. Worker pulls empty box from 1st layer (top conveyor) and places on packing stand at 2nd layer (shared belt)

  4. Worker packs good fruit into box

  5. When full, worker pushes box onto the shared belt conveyor (2nd layer)

  6. The shared belt automatically carries full boxes to next stage (palletizing, etc.)

Key features:

  • Perpendicular installation – fits at sorter exit, space-efficient

  • 2 exits per table – reduces number of packing stations

  • Shared belt conveyor (2nd layer) – 3–4 packing stands per table

  • Product infeed belt (3rd layer) – receives fruit from 2 exits

  • Side outlets available – for special grading or sampling

  • Dedicated reject belt (4th layer) – automatic defect collection

  • Space for 3–4 packers per table – efficient labor use

Configuration 4 – Large-Scale Packing System (for Major Packing Houses)

Best for: Very large packing houses with 20+ workers on the packing line. High-volume, fully automated workflow.

Components: Overhead chain conveyor + collecting/distribution table + motorized roller conveyors + multiple packing stations.
