The world's first avocado packing robot has been unveiled

The world's first avocado packaging robot comes out, packing 240 pieces per minute, effectively replacing manual packaging. The grabber detects the avocado through camera technology, and can accurately pick up the avocado and put it into the box. Our common avocado picking post-processing equipment is mainly avocado cleaning, grading and waxing equipment. The appearance of automatic packaging robot for avocado will completely realize the full automation of grading packaging for avocado.

The world's first avocado packing robot

The world's first avocado packaging robot has been installed in a fruit and vegetable packaging plant in the Netherlands and has been put into operation.

The packaging robot, speedpacker, can pack 240 avocados per minute in three parallel lines. The gripper detects the avocado through the camera technology, which can accurately pick up the avocado and put it into the box. The robot is packaged efficiently according to the principle of ergonomics without sacrificing quality.

"As the demand for avocados increases, Nature's Pride hopes (the machine) can become a better partner for its growers and customers," the company said.
