Tackling Tough Muddy Sweet Potatoes! FstSort Washing Jacuzzi Solves Customer's Urgent Problem

Recently, we received an inquiry from our US customer about washing jacuzzi. He mentioned that sweet potatoes harvested from fields come with large amounts of soil, making them extremely difficult to clean tank. To address this, we customized an expanded washing tank equipped with a jacking function for our client.

Looking at the traditional washing tank (the right image) , you’ll notice it has many drawbacks. During cleaning, workers not only have to manually carry the pallet boxes to the jacuzzi, but also wash sweet potatoes by hand. It’s really time-consuming, and there’s no way to hook it up to a production line. What’s more, sludge and debris pile up easily, causing frequent clogs. But our equipment fixes all that. With automated design, it replaces manual carrying and hand-washing. It connects straight to the production line, which really boosts overall processing efficiency.

Lift & Clean, No More Trapped Mud: The lift mechanism raises the entire roller bed. This fully exposes the heavy bottom soil, allowing workers to rinse it away thoroughly and effortlessly – solving the hard-to-clean issues of traditional pools.

Smart Sludge Discharge: Features an intelligent valve-equipped cylinder system with timed discharge control. The automatic sludge removal timing can be preset based on cleaning intensity, ensuring sustained washing efficiency.

Large Capacity, Fits Big Baskets:The pool’s expanded design significantly increases internal space. It perfectly fits the customer’s 1.6-meter pallet bins (specific dimensions can also be customized to your requirements).

This custom solution not only successfully resolved our US customer’s production bottleneck but also reflected FstSorts deep technical expertise in agricultural processing equipment and our customer-first principle. We will continue to focus on the real-world challenges faced by global customers in agricultural processing, driven by innovation, to deliver smarter and more efficient solutions.
