Recently, a client from South Africa paid a special visit to the FstSort factory. He aimed to inspect our R&D and production capabilities for lychee sorter. The two parties had deep exchanges on the grading needs and reached a cooperation intention. 

As a major lychee-producing region in the Southern Hemisphere, South Africa has  higher requirements for fruit grading. Our client said that in local lychee exports , grading is necessary to ensure uniform size and appearance. Moreover, due to differences in line layouts and work habits, the equipment needs to allow for add-ons in various directions. So, their main demands were clear: a simple roller system for fast grading, 1,500kg/h processing speed, and room to expand as needed.

When our South African friend toured the factory, he learned a lot about FstSort’s technology in grading. The two sides talked through all the details, from roller spacing to extension parts. Since lychees have delicate skins, our sales manager Jason suggested a roller design to him. This design not only ensures accurate grading but also protects the fruit from damage.

“After this on-site inspection, I am fully confident in FstSort’s technical strength and customization capabilities,” said the visiting South African client. “We look forward to the final product as soon as possible.” In the future, FstSort will help more exporters achieve product upgrading.
