In this condition if you want to make the gaps of each grade to be flexible is not eay, but now we can say we have made it. 

As you can see from the picture there are 4 reflectors which isolate the big belt on outlet of grader into 5 lines, the gaps between rolls is changing from small to big. In order to make this machine more special, we will produce it according to the fruits/ vegetables sizes from you and design the total length of machine based on types of your products.

Then the question is how to adjust?

We can make the gaps from 15mm to 150mm changing in sequence which means it can increase by 2mm or 3mm or 5mm. You just need to move reflectors under rollers then you can get the value you need! Very easy and convenient.
