Parsnip carrot potato grading machine

Parsnips have a relatively high starch content and are similar in appearance to carrots. The difference is that the folic acid content is about 5 to 8 times that of carrots. Parsnips are a very healthy organic food.

1-1.6 m tall, usually smooth and glabrous. Roots thick, conical, brownish yellow, up to 30 cm long, apex about 10 cm in diameter. Stem solitary, round, coarsely longitudinally striated, slightly angular; Leaf blade outline oblong or ovate, 20-30 cm long. Inflorescences terminal and lateral, peduncle thick, 5-12 cm long; Involucral bracts usually absent. Meristem ovoid to obovate, 5-6 mm long and 4-6 mm wide.
