The optical sorter consists of  an elevator, a v-shape belt, an inspection system, and a sorter with a weight system. It can be graded by size, colour, weight, external defect.

The fruits are transported to the V-shaped belt through the elevator, and then transported to the inside of the inspection machine through the rotation of the brush for inspection. Each line will have 2 cameras to photograph the fruit and transmit the data to the computer. Then these fruits will start to grade by preset grading criteria.

The optical grader can sort products into 9, 12,15 and more grades, the capacity can achieve 2.5~3 tons per hour, if you have more various products and want to grade them by various grading criteria, the optical sorter is the best design.
