Last week, one of our customers said that he needs a grading machine to process his jalapenos. It is different from the capsicum we processed before. In order to make sure our machine is suitable for this kind of vegetable, we searched online and analyze the pictures and data received from the customer. Then our engineer prepared some specimen to test on our machine. After repeated tests and adjusts, and ensure there is no problem, we can rest assured to continue the communication with the customer.

This jalapenos grading machine customized for customer consists of hopper&elevator, roller inspection table for picking out bad fruits, grading part, controller and motors.  After tested and adjusted, we confirm that it is suitable for sorting round and oval fruits like jalapenos, bell pepper, longan, lychee, dates, jujube, olives, cherry tomatoes, etc.

The gaps between roller pipes increase gradually in the process of belts moving, and the fruits drop from gaps from small to large size. With adjustment screw, gaps can be adjusted according to diameters required.
