1. Hydraulic lifting system
The frame of 1 * 1 * 0.9m and 800kg shall be placed on the hydraulic lifting device by the forklift, lifted, immersed in the water pool, turned over and dumped, and then the empty frame shall be transported out. This whole process only needs 2 minutes to ensure the processing capacity of each line of 10 tons / hour. The device greatly reduces labor input.
2. Bubble Washing Tank
The pool is 2 * 2m long and 2 * 2m wide. The bottom is funnel-shaped, with water pressure boosting on the side and adjustable water pressure.
3. High pressure water jets
In this process, the soil attached to the surface of sweet potato can be cleaned again to ensure that the sweet potato is thoroughly cleaned. The water in this link can flow back to the bubble washing tank along the specially designed pipe, and be used again to realize the water recycling, energy saving and environmental protection.
4. Inspection Table
The length of the inspection table is 3 meters, the brush used will not damage the skin of sweet potatoes.
5. chemical bubble tank and brushes for removing water
The water depth of the chemical bubble tank is 1.5m and the length is 2.5m. Make sure the sweet potatoes can be sterilized in water for 2 minutes.The angle of the brush elevator raised from the pool is close to the horizontal. To prevent the chemical coating from being brushed off due to the large angle, then the horizontal part is a natural air drying area of 2m.
6. Electronic drying system
After the lifting of the chemical bubble tank is the air drying part, 3 groups of fans, the first two groups are natural wind, the last group is the electric heating dryer. Washed sweet potatoes can be completely dried. Compared with the traditional diesel fuel drying equipment, electric heating drying is more environmentally friendly.
7. roller grader with packing table.
The exit of each grade is very wide and has brushes to control the falling speed of sweet potatoes. The falling place of sweet potatoes is PVC and sponge to ensure no damage to sweet potato skin.
