In fact, our capsicums grading machine is also suitable for cucumbers, as long as the width of the smallest one is no less than 30mm when you want to use one sorting machine to grade capsicums and cucumbers. Because the dimension of our roller grader is adjustable.

As for grading part, there are 2 types of grading methods for different fruits&vegetables. Roller grader for round or oval fruits, like orange, lemon, cherry tomato, Logan, long shape or tuber vegetables like potatoes, bell peppers, capsicum, cucumbers, carrots. Drum grader for round shape, oblate shape fruits like tomatoes, citrus, blueberry, chestnut, vegetables like garlic, onion, saffron corm.

Generally, it’s economical for all fruits&vegetables to share one washing waxing packing line if not only one kinds of them. And every part is separate, you can choose the parts which you need.

For example, the Mexican client need a tomato, cucumber and bell pepper washing grading packing line, he just need to buy one washing part, one packing part, one roller grader for cucumber and bell pepper, and one drum grader for tomato.
