Two years ago, a Korean customer engaged in cherry tomato processing contacted us and wanted to purchase a washing and drying machine, and our cooperation began.

In August 2020, the customer made his first purchase and he told us, "I have a schedule to process cherry tomatoes with small quantity. Our process starts washing -> processing -> washing again -> drying and packing into 500g or 750g package.Because we will supply tomatoes with cleaned and dryed status."

We consider that the customer has just started the tomato processing business, the processing volume is relatively small, cherry tomato relatively delicate, cleaning part we recommend the bubble pool, cleaning clean but also completely blow dry, we use the high pressure blowers plus normal blowers combined design, the following is The stainless steel tube can be turned and there is a space of about 1m at the end for the selection of secondary fruit. This allows us to meet the needs of our customers at a lower price.

The customer was very satisfied after using it, and its processing products slowly expanded from the original cherry tomatoes to round tomatoes, and in April 2021 purchased another washing and air-drying machine from us for processing large tomatoes with similar functions, but because the surface of round tomatoes is a little thicker, plus the need to ensure complete air-drying.

We thought of adding soft brushes under the fan for polishing, and the high pressure fan was replaced by an air curtain to reduce noise. And the customer requested every blowers has its switches to turn on and off.

In August 2021, as the client's business continued to grow, the client told me that he was going to build a second factory. The third time he wants to buy a cherry tomato and large tomato dryer with the following requirements:

1.bigger water tank

2.add sprayers on elevator

3.add filter tank beside washing tank for collecting impurities 

4.make a stainless slope tray to keep 200kg tomatoes pouring

5.all materials shall be stainless 304 to meet standard of food process

We told the R&D staff at the factory about the customer's requirements, and repeatedly confirmed that the various parts of the machine were in line with the customer's requirements. When the machine was delivered to the Korean customer, he said, "We are very satisfied with your service and the machine."

In April 2022, the customer's fourth purchase requested that we make simple adjustments to the original washer for both round and cherry tomatoes. Because of the limited space, the customer customized the size of the machine.

The latest equipment is processed in our new factory and is ready to be shipped to Incheon port soon. We thank our customers for their trust and the many suggestions they gave us so that we can keep improving our products and provide better solutions for our customers.
