How does optical sorting work? As the fruit moves along the sorting line, each fruit is photographed by multiple high-precision cameras. Fstsort unique Scan system then identifies and analyzes each fruit and accurately indicates its classification and processing. Through advanced optical technology, the system can analyze the size, shape, color and surface defects of fruits to ensure that citrus, tomatoes, apples and other fruits can be optimally sorted and utilized. Even poor quality fruits can be maximized through this system.
