Recently, FstSort's independently developed mango processing line was successfully shipped to Senegal. This equipment integrates three core functions: washing, drying, and sorting, providing automated processing solutions for the local mango industry and promoting the standardization and internationalization of its agricultural product processing.

The exported processing line fully complies with international food safety standards. The washing process uses a combination of bubbling immersion and high-pressure spraying to efficiently remove pectin, dirt, and other adhering substances from the mango peel while avoiding fruit damage. The drying system features a high-volume, low-noise design, using multi-stage tumbling conveyors and air circulation to quickly dry residual water on the surface, ensuring the quality of subsequent processing. The sorting module is equipped with an intelligent weighing system, enabling precise weight grading of mangoes to ensure uniform specifications for each batch and enhance commercial value.

In recent years, Chinese food processing machinery has gained increasing recognition in the African market due to its technological innovation and high adaptability. This export of FstSort equipment is not only an important step for the company to expand into the West African market, but also builds a new bridge for Sino-African agricultural technology cooperation, injecting new momentum into the development of local agricultural industrialization.
