A few days ago, the cherry pepper sorting grading machine customized for the South African customer was shipped. This is the second little pepper line we sell to South Africa. The first is the cherry pepper cleaning, drying and grading line sold to South Africa last year. To our delight, this customer gave us positive feedback.

The pepper sorting line includes the automatic feeding section, the picking table, the dryer and the grader. The bin tipper can dump the cherry peppers quickly and efficiently.The advantage of this automatic pouring system is that it does not require manual pouring of materials at all, has high work efficiency and will not cause damage to the peppers during the dumping process. The design of the fruit picking station is to manually select bad cherry peppers. The dryer consists of 6 fans, which can blow the residual water on the surface of the small peppers. The grading part of the small cherry peppers uses a traditional roller classifier. According to the feedback from South African customers on the small pepper washing and drying classifier, the roller classifier is very accurate and will not damage the small peppers.
