Speaking of avocados, everyone has a certain understanding: for people who pursue a light diet and a healthy life, avocados are simply a versatile food that makes people mouth-watering; the green and soft tones are fresh and healthy, giving people full vigor. Avocado is rich in a variety of vitamins and mineral elements, among which the unsaturated fatty acid is as high as 80%, which is a high-energy, low-sugar fruit.

California's green avocado has become a symbol of California's local fresh products. The Haas variety was discovered by Rudolph HAAs in the 1920s in the California's La Habra highlands. Every Haas avocado in the world can be traced back to its original mother tree. Did you know that the avocado season in California is from spring to summer. In California, there is avocado month every June to celebrate people's favorite California avocado.

Why are California avocados so popular? Its three guarantees make its quality particularly attractive:California avocados are grown in the continental United States. In California, people take care of avocados and pick them when they are at their peak to ensure that California avocados are delivered from the tree to the table within a few days; Fertile, sunny soil and cool California breezes help create the ideal climate for world-class quality avocados.

Because of this, California avocado has a place in the world. The California avocado association also put forward the idea of introducing high-quality avocados into China in 2005, and has been working hard to make it obtain the qualification of exporting to China. The first batch of American avocado that has met the relevant requirements has arrived in Chinese mainland.
