A month ago, an American customer ordered an automatic lemon waxing grading packaging machine from our company. This lemon packaging line is completely customized according to the specific needs of customers, consists of a waxing machine, a dryer, a classifier with 8 exits and a fully automatic weighing system. 

The following is the difference between the lemon processing line and the traditional fruit waxing packaging line.

1. The whole lemon packaging line is placed in the upper and lower layers, the upper layer is the waxing and drying part, and the fruit is transported downward through the vertical conveyor belt. This is designed according to the customer's plant situation, which can save space. The materials used in the whole fruit processing machine will not harm the fruits.

2. The heat source of the dryer is natural gas, which is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

3. The upper and lower layers of this lemon waxing packaging line are connected by a vertical conveyor belt.  The vertical conveyor belt adopts a wavy shape, which can play a buffering role to ensure that the fruit will not be damaged during the conveying process.

4. The fully automatic weighing system is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful, easy to clean, and convenient to maintain. The operating system homepage is designed with 3 shortcut label options, 3 default labels: 501bs (22kg) 401bs (18kg) 251bs (11kg). The label shows 1bs and kg at the same time. These tags can be used directly. If there is a new weight or box size, the customer can also set it by himself, save it after setting and customize the label.

5. The extension belt at the exit of the classifier is white, which meets the hygiene and safety standards. The wavy belt can effectively prevent the fruit from falling due to inertia.

6. The design of the entire lemon grading packaging line also takes into account the safety of the workers. The welding place on the surface of the machine is polished very smoothly, and the chain of the frame will not be exposed. Fully guarantee the safe operation of workers.
