Last week, Habib Chalhoub, one of our customer from Saudi Arabia visited our company to test tomato washing drying sorting machines. According to Helen, Habib Chalhoub is a gentleman, and his visit to our factory is also very smooth.

In fact, customers have paid for our tomato cleaning, drying and grading equipment. The main purpose of this trip is to learn how to operate the toamto processing machine and to propose areas for further optimization and improvement.

According to the characteristics of the customer's area, we add a conveyor belt which is easy to disassemble in the pool. Tomatoes are dirty if it's windy and dusty, and the tomatoes need to be washed, at the same time conveyor belt need to be take out. When there is less wind and sand or there is no wind and sand,The tomatoes don’t need to be washed,they can  be placed directly on conveyor belts.

In the process of testing, customers though that the transition zone of some functional areas has steep gradient (such as fruit picking table to brush). We attached great importance to feedback from customers. Before shipment, we would optimize these transition zones, reduce gradient, cushion soft sponge in tomato drop zone to avoid damage, and other machines would adjust according to customer's suggestions.

The communication went well, after visiting and testing in person, customers trusted us more and decided to customize a packing table from our factory also,and the plan of the packing table was perfected on that day.
