The Challenge

Our Solution: Fully Integrated Fresh Corn Processing Line
Fstsort designed and delivered a complete processing line tailored to the client's facility layout and production requirements. The entire line is constructed with 304 stainless steel and food-grade PU conveyor belts.
1. Bin Tipper
The hydraulic cylinder smoothly extends and retracts, driving the tilting arm to lift the bin and automatically dump the corn onto the receiving belt. Each tipping cycle takes approximately 2 minutes, with a maximum load capacity of 500kg per bin, dramatically reducing manual handling time and labor costs.
2. Inspection Table
The 4-meter-long roller-type inspection table allows workers on both sides to manually remove defective products – such as corn with pest damage identified by color – through side outlets. The conveyor speed is adjustable via a frequency converter, giving operators flexibility to match throughput with sorting precision.
3. Water Sprayer Sterilization System
Given the increasingly stringent U.S. epidemic prevention requirements for imported agricultural products, we prioritized the sterilization process in our design. The 3-meter-long water sprayer with 8 rows and 40 nozzles subjects fresh corn to chlorine water sterilization, effectively maintaining freshness. Constructed entirely of 304 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance, the system includes a built-in filter that removes impurities before water enters the inlet, preventing clogging and ensuring consistent operation. This sterilization solution fully meets U.S. epidemic prevention standards, providing strong support for the client's exports to the U.S. market.
4. Large Packing Table
Each packing table features 12 workstations with a three-layer design: a conveyor belt for empty boxes on the first layer, the actual packing area on the second, and finished box storage on the third. This thoughtful layout streamlines the entire packing workflow.
