Zimbabwean blueberries target the Chinese market and strive for an export target of 30,000 tons

According to the Zimbabwe Herald, the Zimbabwe Horticulture Development Commission (HDC) said that if government policies, long-term investment and other operational challenges are resolved, Zimbabwean blueberry export capacity is expected to increase significantly from 8,000 tons this year to 30,000 tons in 2030. Currently, Zimbabwean blueberries have entered the EU market through the Netherlands. The next goal is to enter the Chinese and Indian markets, and relevant plant quarantine agreements are already under negotiation.

Fstsort modern blueberry processing technology is widely praised in Zimbabwe, especially in the grading process. Due to the small size of blueberries and the influence of the production environment, the fruit sizes vary. Manual sorting is not only inefficient, but also prone to errors. Our blueberry grader integrates a blower, a inspection table and a sorter. It has a compact design and gentle handle, while greatly reducing labor costs and significantly improving production efficiency.
