Eggplant, grow with long shape similar to sweet potato but not same to sweet potato. Though we suggest the same machine when customers need an eggplant washing drying grading line, it is different. Not only in size, but also the stalk.

Several days ago, a customer from Vietnam need an sorter for his eggplant same to the picture as above. During our communication, everything about the machine is perfect for him, accept the stalk. Worrying about the sorting effect, he said “Our material is eggplant with stalk, and it may affect to the sorting process. So, please help to give us new video with stalked eggplant for our considering.”

It's actually a good question, stalk on vegetable will surely influence the effect for sorting with our old type machine. But the new type not.

In order to make the machine sort more accurate, we produce machine with fixed size. Though customer can not adjust the size any more after production, rollers on machine can rotate themselves while moving toward. Sorting accuracy can improve from 75% to 90% by this way.
