At present, most people are used to classifying eggplants into round eggplants, long eggplants and egg (dwarf) eggplants according to the shape of the fruit, which are three varieties of botany. The round eggplant fruit is spherical, large, and less fruitful per plant. The single fruit weighs about 300 to 1000 grams, with tighter flesh, hard texture and good quality. The long eggplant fruit is slender or long rod-shaped, short rod-shaped, some have sharp beaks or olecranon-like protrusions at the tip, thin skin, loose flesh, soft, and few seeds.
