Is the grading size adjustable?
No, the drum grading size is fixed. We will repeatedly confirm the fruit size.

Are there any restrictions on the grading size of drum?
As long as the fruit can be processed by the roller, there is no limit to the range of size customization.
What is the size of the grading drum?
800mm*425mm
Can we have both sides of the exit?
sure. Two side grading machines can control one exit with one motor or all exits in one direction with one motor.
What is the water tank specs?
1440*1010*610mm
The water tank includes the water movment process and water cleaning or jut a container for water?
The water pool of the standard machine is equivalent to a container, which plays a role of buffering and wetting. You can add bubbles to the pool to wash.
Does this tank work for carrot washing? Or it needs different procedures
sure. Except for the grading part, other parts can be used for processing carrots
Could you explain to me more about the belt for the tank in case we don t want to wash?
The belt in the water tank can be disassembled separately, and can be directly put in when the water tank is not required to be cleaned.
The air dryer are hot air drayer? Or not heat?

Is it guaranteed that final product will not have any humidity left over?
If only dealing with tomatoes, the brush and fan are enough to remove the moisture from the surface. If you want to ensure 100% moisture free, it is recommended to add more fans.

Can we make it on corner basis for space issue?
The machine can be made into L-shape by adding a section of belt separately, and the belt can be removed after the space is expanded to make the machine into a straight line
Can you tell the distance between the outlets if it is on the same side?
Exit width 325mm, distance between two exits 185mm
What is the height of the food grade conveyor belt from the ground?
45-50cm, up to 70cm
