In China, we just finished Mid-Autumn Festival, because it is the Mid-Autumn Festival, i decided to taste pomegranate when I passed the fruit shop which nearby my house. I saw two plastic crates of pomegranates in front of me. I didn't find any difference, except for their size. So I asked owner of the fruit shop: "Is there any difference in the prices of these two crates ?" The boss said: ”The crates which looks bigger in size is 24RMB/kg, and the crates which looks smaller in size is 16RMB/kg”. I was amazing the difference in price due to the size difference is not so obvious and there is the 8RMB difference in total! Pomegranate grading machine consists of hopper & elevator, inspection table and grading part. It adopts 2 conveyor belts with many stainless steel roller pipes. The gaps between roller pipes increase gradually in the process of belts moving in the same direction, and the fruits drop from gaps from small to large size. Suitable for grading oval fruits and vegetables like carrots, potatoes, pomegranate, passion fruits etc.

Pomegranate grading equipment can be adjusted:

1. Speed  of the machine can be adjusted.

2. Height  of the machine is adjustable.

3. Sorting size is adjustable.

We will prepare spare parts and send a set of tools to clients for free, but daily maintenance work for pomegranate sorter is still necessary.

The maintenance of this machine is simple, keep the chains and bearings in the protection of oil, keep chains in each side in the same tightness. Re-greasing the motor every year or according the frequency you use.
