Avocados are rich in nutrition and widely used. They can be used for medicinal and edible purposes as well as for cosmetic industry. They have become an emerging fruit with promising development prospects in tropical and subtropical regions. Avocados are expected to overtake pineapples and mangoes as the most globally traded major tropical fruit after bananas and become one of the most valuable fruits, according to a 2021-2030 agricultural outlook released by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

The popularity of avocados and the increase rapidly in their production have led to the development of avocado processing lines.

Our company has specially designed a whole processing line for large-scale grading of avocado, from the beginning of cleaning to the final grading and packaging.The avocado Washing Drying Waxing Grading Line consists of a bubble washing tank with roller elevator, a brushing machine with high pressure water sprayers, an air drying machine, an electronic weight sorting machine and a central controller.

The machine works efficiently, grading avocados by the range of weight, with 25,000 pcs per hour for one line and 50,000 pcs per hour for tow lines, saves water consumption and labor costs.
