1. Garlic is irregular, some large, some small, during you sorting processing, the end of the garlic bulb will be a obstacle to grader.

2. The coat of garlic bulb sometimes is too much loosing.

Introduction:

This garlic grading machine consists of hopper & elevator, inspection table, air blower and grading table. It is used for grading garlic or onions by size. Easy operation, grading accurately, with a large capacity. Grading size can be customized according to garlic diameters.

2. Elevator and inspection table can be used for picking out bad garlic.

3. Most of the rollers on the market are stainless steel 201, which is easily to get bent and tarnish after months used. Our machine made improved on the rollers, chains, and design on each outlet. Our rollers the elevator and inspection part are made of stainless steel covered by PVC material, which is much stronger, anti-water and avoid bent problem.

  4.Special design of the outlet is easily for packing in bags and boxes directly.

5. Grading speed can be adjusted according to your requirement.

Key points:

1. As we can see from the picture following, the air blower is between the inspection table and garlic grading machine. The air blower will blow out the peeling garlic coat and other dirty things first, before they into the next process.

2. For the grading section, it is a kind of drum grading machine, but not absolutely. There are  small angled green belt is connected between each roller, which can rearrange the state of garlic bulb before they entering the sorting drum. The small design of this part can make sure the garlic not stuck in the screen of drum to improve the high accurate of sorting work.
