Prices for Egyptian garlic continue to rise due to strong demand and limited supply. According to relevant departments, the area and output harvested in March 2024 are expected to increase. The first-grade garlic after sorting will generally be used for export, and then the second-grade garlic will be mainly used for industrial purposes, such as peeling, powdering or dry.
