Different from Chinese Dates, Algerian dates are much sweet and widely used in the food market. In the meanwhile, a suitable processing line for dates is also exit a large potential development.

Several months ago, First Industry received an inquiry from Mr. Hamiche, who charges of purchasing for his company. During the communication, we got their package situation: two quality of box 250 g and 500 g as shown in the photos below but the manual filling. 

Though there is package machine suitable for dates, they are much expensive and not easy to change the shape once confirming with the manufacture. Thus manual packaging is still the best choice for most dates farmers.

So nice and friendly clients we met, Mr. Hamiche knows clearly about their demands, that’s our fruit washing drying grading line designed for dates, especially the dates grow in Algeria, Tunisia and the Middle East countries.

The picture above shows our old type dates processing line. Thanks to the support and trust, First Industry upgraded some parts on the machine. Material on the frame is the most notable, spray steel is more greener than painted steel. Next, the bubble tank was changed into fully 304 stainless steel to longer the lifetime. Besides, brushes, water jets, water collection system and elements controller all changed a little to realize higher quality.
