Description:

This fruit grader consists of hopper&elevator, roller inspection table and grading part. The gaps between roller pipes increase gradually in the process of belts moving, and the fruits drop from gaps from small to large size. Stainless steel rollers rotate on the inspection table for manual quality sorting.

Gaps can be adjusted according to diameters required.

Speed of the machine is adjustable.

Adjustable range: 10mm~50mm

Roller inspection: can be made with 2m~3m in length.

Material: product contacting points stainless steel or fully stainless steel

Application: widely used for fruits like longan, lychee, areca, dates, olives, cherry tomatoes, okra, kumquat, etc.
