This Fstsort machine is a mechanized equipment for cleaning, drying, sorting and packaging of sweet potatoes, helping customers bid farewell to the traditional manual sorting era.

The Fstsort sweet potato washing and grading machine consists of seven parts: bubble elevator, high pressure brush cleaning machine, air dryer, dryer, the manual inspection table,size grading machine and packaging table.

Operating procedures：

First, pour the sweet potato into the bubble elevator to soak the soil, and then enter the high-pressure brush cleaning machine to clean it.

Then go into the polishing air dryer to clean the water on the surface of the sweet potato, and then dry it in the dryer (the water on the surface of the sweet potato can be completely air-dried without damaging the internal cells of the sweet potato). Then go through the fruit picking table to pick the rotten fruit.

The roller sorter rotates through the pitch to drive the rollers on the classification bed, move forward and parallel, and gradually increase the gap between the rollers to achieve the corresponding size of sweet potatoes. , so that the sweet potatoes fall from the gap between the rollers to the fruit conveyor belt.

Finally, the manual sealing operation is carried out on the packaging table to complete the purpose of grading and packaging sweet potatoes.
