The Fstsort plums and apricots sorting line is specially designed for small plums and apricots. In the last few months, we can only grade plums and apricots according to their diameters, but we can sort them according to their weight now. The whole electronic weight sorting line consists of the hopper elevator, the V-shape belt, and the weight grading part. We use food-grade soft material and buffer devices to protect plums and apricots from damage.

For the in-feeding system, customers can choose the hopper elevator covered with soft foam rubber or a bubble water pool with a roller elevator. Customers can put some detergent in the pool in advance to remove surface debris. The water can prevent the small plums and apricots from bumping into together and damage the fruit.

For the"V" belt and return belt part, the transportation belt is made of parallel belts in a V-shape, driving fruits from rollers to sorter. Non-grated fruits or fruits that fail to sit on cups are fed back on the return belt. The weight of each fruit will be recorded and transferred to the computer. Then fruits will be sent to different packing areas according to their weight, from big to small. We have packing tables, which can connect with the electronic weight grading machine. People can pack fruits at the collection tables.
