Why we choose bubble washing?

Bubble washing works under the joint function of bubbles, surfing, shower, and elevator, mainly used for washing dates, passion fruits, pepper, lemons, oranges, carrots, apples, potatoes, and so on.

Another reason may not have been noticed by most of us. When pouring fruit into the feeding hopper, there are collision between fruit usually. But when there is water in bubble tank, water can protect the fruit by “keep them slow down”, due to the buoyancy of water. So i want to say, water is good buffer for fruits.

After fruits passing bubble tank and inspection table of machine, fruits will be cleaned by water spraying system again, which combined with brushing to make sure the good washing effect.
