On January 23, 2019, Chinese top scientist Zhanghong went to our company with his team. Our boss Mr. Wu received them warmly and took them to visit our factory and graded products.

Zhang Hong, Ph.D. and researcher, is director of the Traditional Food Processing and Equipment Research Office of the Institute of Agricultural Products Processing, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the member of the Expert Committee of Agricultural Products Processing of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Equipment Branch of the Agricultural Products Processing Standardization Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Executive Vice President and Secretary General of the “the National Food Processing Innovation Industry Alliance” and “the National Potato Food Industry Alliance”. He is also China Canned Food Industry Vice President of the Association's Flexible Packaging Foods Branch and specialist at Thera-Projects Associates, Japan.

He is mainly engaged in the formation mechanism of Chinese traditional staple food and dish quality, regulation technology and engineering foundation and equipment research. He has undertaken more than 20 research projects at the national or provincial level. And he completed the process design of more than 30 kinds of foods, researched and developed more than 3,000 kinds of industrialized food technology and formula, participated in the research and manufacture of more than 10 series of food processing machinery, authorized more than 60 patents, published more than 120 papers, completed research results transformation of more than 80 individual enterprises.

Zhang Hong told us that his team is developing advanced technology for internal and external quality sorting and fruit sugar screening. This technology is mainly applied to sort fruits such as citrus, oranges, tomatoes and avocados, etc. At present their theoretical research has been successful, and then enter the practical stage. After visiting our factory, inspecting on our machines and disscussing with our engineers and owner, he decided to choose our factory as their research and practice base. Our two sides have reached a happy cooperation and both sides hope to make this technology mature as soon as possible through cooperation so as to improve the efficiency of fruit sorting.
