Recently we got many inquires from Indonesia customers who are looking for a grading and sorting machine for their shallots.
Most of them want to do quality inspection, remove the Outermost layer on the shallot or small onions, then grade them into several sizes.
One customer sent some shallot samples to our factory for testing. After checking the working performance with our fruit grader, he believes its an ideal solution for the shallot and onion farms. Bad shallots can be picked out on the roller inspection table, then after air blower to remove the layer, good shallots go to the roller grader and will be sorted to 3 to 6 grades based on size/diameter.
