Against the background of the domestic policy of restricting electricity, the production period lasted more than two months. Last week, we finally completed and tested a large lemon waxing sgrading line for a Mexican customer, and delivered a satisfactory machine after the delay. This Lemon processing line is relatively large with cleaning, drying, waxing and sorting functions, serving high-end Mexican lemon processors and meeting the needs of customers for the export of fine lemons. The lemon cleaning and sorting line was successfully loaded the day before yesterday.

This line has nine parts from front to back. They are hopper, pre-sorter, fruit platform for manual inspection, high-pressure sprayer and brush cleaning, bubble tank for cleaning, natural air dryer, waxing machine, hot air dryer, sorting machine. This lemon sorting line is more than 30 meters long and the production capacity is large. Lemon products to be processed must go through the initial hopper and elevator to gradually and evenly enter the next part of the pre-sorting. The so-called pre-sorting consists of filtering some small lemons that do not meet the customer's requirements, thus ensuring the quality of the final product. The second part, presorting is to eliminate lemons that do not meet the standard size. Likewise, the third part, the manula inspection platform, uses manual selection to eliminate other lemons that do not meet quality requirements in other areas. Then the lemons that meet the processing standards go into the high pressure sprayer and brushes to clean the surface. With the bubble tank, the strength and cleaning effect is good. Because customers have higher requirements for air drying, the number of dryers installed in this machine is 12. With the dryer at the back, the surface of the fruit can be fully air dried.

For the waxing machine, we have changed the waxing method and it has become a row of nozzles with adjustable time. Compared with the previous one, the waxing method and effect have been improved. After waxing the lemon, it is dried with hot air. Finally, the machine performs the classification.

To meet customers' packing needs, we have added the scales and a long bench for packing boxes to make the overall sorting and packing effect more smooth. The machine has passed the test and has worked well.
