Kiwi growing and harvesting

Kiwifruit goes through five stages during its growth: budding, flowering, fruit development, fruit ripening, and dormancy. When the temperature rises to around 10°C, kiwifruit trees begin to grow and sprout. After 1-2 months, through insect or artificial pollination, successfully pollinated flowers develop into small fruits, a process that lasts about 2-3 months. The fruits ripen in late summer and early autumn; they are firm after harvesting but can be eaten after softening. As autumn temperatures drop, kiwifruit trees enter dormancy to prepare for the following year's budding and growth.
