FstSort is producing high-standard machines for rapid post-harvest grading of green peppers, a crucial step in determining their "fate" that is more precise and efficient. The development of mechanized grading provides a more advantageous solution, and the biggest feature of green pepper grading machine is that it has adjustable function. In the research and development of automatic grading and packaging machines for fruits and vegetables, FstSort needs to consider whether the fruits and vegetables themselves are vulnerable to mechanical damage, the size of the fruit cup, as well as the cleaning, waxing, sterilization and preservation of fruits and vegetables and other issues. The project team takes the cleaning, waxing, grading, packaging and supporting automatic equipment of different fruits and vegetables as the research object. The ultimate goal is to develop a classification and packaging equipment with excellent performance and high degree of automation, so as to bring more convenience for fruit farmers to handle fruits and vegetables after picking.
