Recently a customer in Sichuan province, China ordered a grapefruit washing drying weight sorting and packing line from us. This line consists of two roller elevators, a bubble washing tank with high pressure water sprayers, drying cleaning machine, buffer belt, wave conveyor belt, returns belts system, weight sorter and packing tables.

The whole working process of this processing line:

1. Workers pour grapefruits into the hopper and then they will be transported to a bubble washing tank with high pressure water sprayers.

2. Grapefruits will be washed and sent to the cleaning and drying machine. The drying cleaning machine consists of nylon brushes and air blowers. It can get rid of water on the surface of fruits.

3. Buffer belt conveyor and the wave belt conveyor will send fruits to the weight sorter. Fruits that fail to sit on cups will be fed back on the return belt.

4. Grapefruit will be sent to packing tables according to their weight. People take empty boxes on a motor-less roller conveyor and put them on scales. Then people can do the boutique packing on the scale. Once the boxes reach a target weight. People can move them to the motor roller conveyor below two adjacent blue belts.

5. Fruits and vegetables that cannot be cleaned by brushes will be transported to the wave belt conveyor and sent to the sorting machine directly.

6. Remote control system. Customers can control their processing line at home with a computer or phone.
