Our box/ carton weighing system can be classified into three kinds--the automatic weighing system, the semi-weighing system and manual weighing system.

The manual box/ carton weighing system

Working process:

1. Workers put empty boxes/cartons on the scales of each exit;

2. takeout belts start to fill the boxes/cartons and stop once the box/cartons reach a certain weight;

3. Workers take away the box/carton by hand.

Workers put empty boxes and takeout belts restart for filling.

The semi-automatic box/ carton weighing system

Working process:

1. Workers put empty boxes/cartons on the scales of each exit;

2. takeout belts start to fill the boxes/cartons and stop once the box/cartons reach a certain weight;

3. Full box/cartons are automatically pushed onto the roller conveyor and delivered to elevator and final roll conveyor.

4. Workers put empty boxes and takeout belts restart filling.

The automatic box/ carton weighing system

Working process:

1. Empty boxes/cartons are fed at the beginning of feeding roller conveyor and pushed automatically on the scales of each exit;

2. takeout belts start to fill the boxes/cartons and stop once the box/cartons reach a certain weight;

3. Full box/cartons are automatically pushed onto the roller conveyor and delivered to elevator and final roll conveyor.

The whole filling &weighing process is continuously and automatically from empty boxes feeding to full boxes delivering.
