Recently First Industry customized a citrus washing and drying classifier for Egyptian customers. This orange washing and grading machine production line is very different from the fruit washing sorting line sold in the past.

The traditional fruit washing and drying classifier is generally composed of water tank, elevator, fruit picking table, brush spray cleaning, dryer and size classifier. The grading machine part should decide whether to use a roller grading machine or a drum sorting machine according to the specific fruit shape. The advantages of this sorting line are high sorting efficiency, labor cost saving, accurate sorting, convenient installation and simple operation. The only drawback may be limited by the customer's fruit processing plant. Because a complete fruit sorting line may be very long, but we will also make specific machine placement plan according to the customer's specific fruit plant area.

The biggest difference from the traditional fruit washing and drying classifier is that the classifier part of this line uses a weighing classifier. The fruit weight classifier can be used to sort a variety of fruits without being restricted by the shape of the fruit. The selection is efficient and accurate, and the floor space is very small. The price/performance ratio is particularly high.
